Funeral Pending For Mrs. Burkett

Cisco — Funeral arrangements are pending at Hamner Funeral Home for Mrs. Omar Burkett, 71, wife of former a state representative who died Monday afternoon in Eastland Memorial Hospital.

Born Katherine Benton Pulley at Cisco, Sept. 17,1890, she married Omar Burkett at Cisco in 1906.

She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband: two sons, Harold of Abilene and Major Robert W. of Huntsville; two daughters, Mrs. Phil Goins of Topeka, Kan., and Mrs. R. W. Nichols of Corpus Christi; a sister, Mrs. Thomas Lauderdale of Fort Worth, a brother, Thomas E. Pulley of San Angelo; three half bothers, David Pulley of St. Louis, Mo., Ray Pulley and Claude Pulley of Dallas; a half sister, Florence Pulley of Dallas and eight grandchildren.
